Some buttons are hard to reach from the keyboard. A Save button at the bottom of a long settings page, or a menu that only shows an icon, usually means reaching for the mouse. With Vokto you type the button’s name and press Enter.

Press a button by name

Open the palette and type the label you see on the button, like save or export. Buttons on the page appear in the results, and so do the menu items and tab strips that sites build out of buttons. Press Enter and Vokto clicks it for you.

Icon-only buttons work too, as long as the site gives them a name for screen readers. Buttons you can see right now, and those in the main part of the page, come first. Disabled, hidden and very small buttons are left out.

Pick a form

Type f: or choose Forms… to list the forms on the page. Each one is named after its heading, its submit button or its first few fields, so a sign-up form is easy to tell apart from a search box. When there’s only one form, Vokto skips the list and shows its actions right away.

Only forms you can see are listed. If a page has fields but no form around them, Vokto treats those fields as one form.

Move a form’s values somewhere else

Filled in a long form and need to do it again in another tab, or on a test copy of the same site? Choose Copy Values on the first form. Vokto copies the value of each visible field you can edit as JSON text, checkboxes included.

On the other page, choose Paste Values. Vokto fills each field whose name matches and tells you how many it managed, like “Filled 12 of 14 fields”.

Fill a form with test data

If you build or test websites, Fill Randomly saves a lot of typing. It fills every visible text field and dropdown on the page with believable made-up values. Vokto reads each field’s name and label, so an email field gets an email address, a phone field gets a phone number, and a date field gets a date. Fields that are read-only, disabled or hidden stay untouched.

Need a single fake value instead? The Randomizer makes one and copies it.
